Why Some Times Are Crossed Out
Busy on Google Calendar. The Pastor linked their calendar once, so anything already on it is blocked here. EverySlot also checks the calendar again right before every booking, so a time can never be taken twice, even if two people tap it at the same moment.
Already booked. Once someone claims a time it locks for everyone else. If they cancel, it opens back up on its own.
