Children's Check In

KidSlots, the Children's Desk

Families add children and approved pickup people once, then leaders use the same calm desk on a tablet or phone.

Four steps: a family adds a child, they say who may collect, a leader opens the desk for the day, and the tablet checks children in and out. Allergy notes show at a glance, anyone not on the family's list is asked for their code, and the tag goes on a phone or on paper.

A family fills this in once, at home, before the day.

The address, phone number and door instructions stay hidden until somebody takes a day, and the family gets a private page of who is coming and what they're bringing.
