EverySlot

A familiar way forward

Moving From SignUpGenius

If you have used SignUpGenius for years, your hands know where everything is. Here is where those same things live in EverySlot.

What stays simple

The Things You Are Used To

Pick several spots at once

Tick Pick on each spot you want, then tap Sign Me Up once at the bottom.

See who is signed up

Names show right under each spot, so you know who you will be serving with.

Jump to a day

Big meets show a row of day buttons at the top. Tap Saturday and you are there.

Find my spots

Tap Find My Spots and the sheet scrolls straight to what you signed up for.

Better For Leaders

  • One list for every group you run, not a new account for each one.
  • Copy a whole meet or rota in one tap and just change the dates.
  • Waitlists, swaps and reminders happen on their own.
  • No ads on your sheets, ever.

Better For The People Signing Up

  • MySlots shows every signup you have, from every group, in one place.
  • Add your signups to your phone calendar with one private link.
  • Sign up without an account if the leader allows it.
  • Give a spot back or offer it up for a swap without emailing anyone.

Keep going
