Make Any Sheet A Reusable Template

Every sheet stays saved in Organize. Keep a master copy and copy it instead of starting over.

  1. 1

    Make A Master Copy

In Organize, tap the small copy icon next to your sheet (Make A Copy Of This Sheet). Name the copy with MASTER at the end and leave it as a Draft. Never publish the master.

  2. 2

Copy The Master When You Need It

Next time, tap the copy icon on the master. You get a fresh Draft with every slot, note and number. Nobody's names come along.

  3. 3

    Rename, Change The Date, Publish

Type the new name and date, adjust anything that changed, then tap Publish and share the new link. The master stays clean for next time.

Only need the slots? Inside any sheet, tap Copy slots from another sheet and pick an old one.
