Smaller churches pay less for exactly the same plan: 50% off up to 75 people a week, 35% off up to 200, 15% off up to 600. Nonprofits get 20% off. You get whichever is better, never both. Choose your size in your group's Plan & extras panel and the discount is applied when you pay.
Moving from another platform? For a one-time fee we rebuild your existing signups as EverySlot sheets, so you don't start from a blank page. Once you've signed in you'll find it on your group's “Move your signups over” page. This is free for founding testers.

How sheet limits work
The limit counts sheets that are live at once, meaning published and open for signups. Drafts don't count, and neither do sheets you unpublish or put away. Unpublish an old sheet and its spot frees up right away, with every signup kept safe. You can make as many sheets over time as you like.
AddOns
Switch these on any month, and off again any month, whatever plan you're on. Connect includes texting. Ministry and Connect include KidSlots and Team Scheduling. Team Scheduling can be added to Community.
