Terms of Service

Effective September 17, 2026.

These terms are written to be readable rather than clever. They are a starting point, and a lawyer should look them over before you lean on them for anything serious.

Who We Are

EverySlot is a signup and scheduling service operated by therevstodd, LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company trading as EverySlot. When these terms say "we" or "us," that's who they mean, and your agreement to use EverySlot is with therevstodd, LLC. You can always reach a person at info@everyslot.org.

By making an account, claiming a slot, or carrying on using EverySlot, you agree to these terms. If you're signing up on behalf of a church, school or other organization, you're confirming you're allowed to agree on its behalf; if you're signing up for yourself, you're confirming you're old enough to enter an agreement where you live.

Your Account

You need an account to claim slots or run a group. Keep your sign-in to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has gotten into it. You're responsible for what happens under your account.

Each group has a Leader. Leaders decide who joins their group, what their sheets ask for, and what happens to their group's information. If you're a Leader, you're responsible for your group's use of EverySlot and for the people you invite into it.

How You May Use EverySlot

Please Don't:

  • Send Unsolicited Mail Or Texts Through The Service
  • collect other people's contact details for anything but the signup at hand
  • upload anything unlawful, harassing, or that isn't yours to share
  • try to break, overload, or poke holes in the service

We can pause or close an account that does these things, usually after asking about it first.

What's Ours

EverySlot itself — the software, the wordmark, the look of the pages and everything we write to explain it — belongs to therevstodd, LLC. Your plan gives you the right to use the service while you're paid up; it doesn't transfer any of that to you, and it doesn't allow copying it, reselling it, or working around the limits of your plan.

Paid Plans And Extras

Some plans and add-ons cost money. Prices, what's included, and the size-based discounts are on the pricing page. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until cancelled.

Alongside the plans we sell a handful of extras you can switch on or off: KidSlots children's check-in, calendar sync, text reminders (including top-up packs of extra texts), extra file space, collecting money on a signup, and migration help. An extra is bought once on your plan and applies to every group that plan covers.

Text reminders are opt-in for each person, who gives us their mobile number themselves and can stop the messages at any time by replying STOP or turning them off in their account. Message and data rates from their own carrier may apply; we don't charge per message.

Migration help is the one thing we do by hand rather than by software: it's a one-time setup service performed by therevstodd, LLC, where you send us an export file from your previous platform and we build those sheets in your account, normally within five business days of receiving the file. We can only start once you've sent the file, and it's a one-off setup rather than ongoing support or consulting.

Cancel any time — your group keeps everything it paid for through the end of the period already paid, and then drops back to the free plan. Every paid plan and extra carries a 30-day money-back guarantee; migration help is refunded in full any time before we start the work. The details are on our refund policy page.

Card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach our servers. If a payment fails, we'll tell the Leader and give a short grace period before anything changes.

Who Takes Your Order

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Billing, renewals, taxes, cancellations and refunds are covered by Paddle's buyer terms, which apply alongside these terms when you buy something. You're welcome to come to us first either way — email info@everyslot.org and we'll sort it out with them.

Pausing Or Closing An Account

We can suspend or close an account, or a whole group, if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken, if payment stops and stays stopped, or if we see fraud, abuse or a security risk to other people using EverySlot. Except where the risk is immediate, we'll get in touch first and give a chance to put it right, and you'll be able to export your group's information.

Your Content Stays Yours

Sheets, answers, notes, and files your group puts into EverySlot belong to your group. We store and display them so the service works, and for nothing else. We don't sell them, and we don't use them to train anything or to advertise to anybody.

What We Don't Promise

We work hard to keep EverySlot up and correct, but we can't promise it will never be down, never lose a beat, or never have a bug. The service is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, therevstodd, LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the problem.

Keep your own copy of anything you can't afford to lose. Exports are built in.

Ending Things

You can close your account at any time from your account page or by emailing us. We can close an account that breaks these terms or goes unpaid, and we'll say why. If we ever shut the service down, we'll give notice and time to export.

Changes To These Terms

If we change anything meaningful here, we'll update the date at the top and let account holders know by email. Carrying on using EverySlot after that means the new terms apply.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, and any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts sitting there.
