Who Sends These
EverySlot, a service of therevstodd, LLC. Every message begins with “EverySlot” so you always know who it is from. Questions go to info@everyslot.org.
What We Text You
- A reminder before a slot you signed up for.
- A note when your group still needs help with an open slot.
- A note when a spot you were waiting for opens up.
- A one-time code when you confirm your number.
Message frequency varies with how often you sign up. Most people get a handful a month. Message and data rates may apply.
How You Say Yes
You give your mobile number and check tick the box on your account page. That is the only way a number gets added. Nobody can add you, and a leader cannot sign you up for texts.

What The Messages Look Like
- EverySlot: Katie, you're on for Coffee Hour at Southern Heights Sun Sep 21, 9:30am. Reply STOP to opt out.
- EverySlot: Fall Festival still needs help with Setup Crew Sat Oct 4, 8am. Reply STOP to opt out.
- EverySlot: a spot opened for Nursery at Sunday Morning — you're in. Reply STOP to opt out.
- Your EverySlot code is 483920. Reply STOP to opt out.
How To Stop
Reply STOP to any message and the texts end right away. Reply HELP and you get our contact details back. You can also untick the box on your account page at any time. Stopping texts never affects your sign-ups. You keep every claimed slot and email reminders carry on, unless you turn those off too.
Your Number
Your mobile number is used to send you these messages and nothing else. It is never sold, never given to advertisers, and never shared with other companies for their own marketing. Read the full privacy policy and terms.
